This website is dedicated to providing procurement services for our customers, vendors and general public. The Procurement Service Team:

  • Provides products and services in an effective, timely and efficient manner
  • Responsible for the procurement, contract administration, receiving, safeguarding and disposal of surplus properties
  • Supervision of Fixed Assets: Control of both physical and financial reporting
  • Overseer deeds, easements, property acquisitions and disposals
  • Provide guidance and assistance to vendors and general public in providing commodities and services to our schools, staff and students

Facilitates and communicates efficient procurement strategies and practices to suppliers and county customers by:

  • Resolving and analyzing complicated procurement questions and problems
  • Providing procurement training to both staff and customers
  • Treating and respecting all customers with dignity
  • Providing answers to frequently asked questions
