There will be a parent meeting on Thursday, August 4th at 5:00 PM at SSMS for any student interested in playing soccer this year.
The first day of practice will be Monday, August 8th. The time has yet to be determined.
Announcements for anyone interested in participating in sports at Shady Spring Middle School:
All athletes must have a current physical on the WVSSAC form and be dated after May 1st, 2022.
All athletes must have 2.0 GPA or higher in order to be eligible to participate.
All 7th grade students must have their shot/immunizations up to date for this school year.
Cheerleading try-outs Aug.8-10th from 8:00-11:00AM. Must have a current physical to try-out.
Cross Country practice begins Aug. 1st @ Little Beaver State Park 4:00-5:00PM
Football sign-ups Aug. 2-4th 8:00-11:00AM
Practice starts Aug. 8th 9:00-11:00Am

Volleyball sign-ups are Aug 12th from 4 to 6.pm. Tryouts are Aug 15 and 16th from 4 to 6pm. Must have a current physical.
