
RALEIGH COUNTY SCHOOLS INVITES YOU TO THE 2023 MIDDLE SCHOOL STEAM-CTE CAMP
Dates: July 10-20, 2023
Locations: Beckley-Stratton Middle School and Academy of Career and Technology Campuses
Time: 7:30 AM-1:30 PM

Camp STEM is southern West Virginia’s premiere camp for high school students interested in science, technology, engineering, and math fields. The week-long camp is held on WVU Tech’s Beckley, WV campus, and features a variety of STEM classes, special projects, and meetings with industry leaders. During Camp STEM, you’ll meet professors who are experts in their fields and college students studying the STEM fields that interest you. You’ll attend classes, conduct experiments and learn about the exciting careers waiting for men and women in STEM fields.

Good evening! This announcement is from Raleigh County Schools regarding PK and kindergarten enrollment for the 2023-2024 school year.
Registration for both PK and kindergarten will begin on April 3rd.
Directions and applications will be available April 3rd on the RCS website, at all elementary schools, and Head Start locations.
Applications are always accepted, but in order to place students prior to the end of this school year, completed applications are due on or before April 24th. Required documents are not due at this time.
April 21st will be the return date for our PK EXPO. This BIG event is for all preschool age children and families. There will be interactive school booths, community resources, give aways, and information you will find helpful for starting preschool. Please plan on joining us between the hours of 9 AM-1PM on April 21st at the RCCC. This event is sponsored by RCS and Access Health.
