The Support Training will be offered every time.

These sessions will be the 1st Wednesday and the 3rd Thursday of each month through April.

Special Programs Advancing Resilience and Knowledge – Inspiring Practical Learning in Special Education

1. IEPs in Action – SDI (Specially Designed Instruction)

   • Adapting the content, methodology, or delivery of instruction to meet the student’s

     unique need to support successful exposure to grade level appropriate content

2. Behavior Strategies for Challenging Students

   • PBIS – What is it and how to embrace it as a culture to ensure across all settings

3. SAT Overview

   • • What are SATs

     • • Description

     • • Purpose

     • • Guidelines

4. Inclusion in Action – Supporting Students with Disabilities in General Education (HB2499 Requests)

   • Design inclusive lessons, co-teach effectively, and differentiate instruction.

   • Note: When you register for this session, include your concerns and the specifics

     regarding your training need.

SPARK Support: During the sessions, there will be a separate setting where individuals can come for specific assistance, guidance, advice, etc. SPARK Support runs simultaneously with the SPARK Sessions.
