WVBE Policy 7211 establishes a formal process for members of the public to submit complaints alleging violations of state law by schools or county boards of education.

If you would like to file a complaint, you must do so first at the school level, if you are not satisfied with the school’s answer…you can then file a complaint at the county level….and lastly file one at the state level.
